may collect your cat the following day at no extra charge)
- Please bring your cat/cats vaccination certificates
and ensure that he/she has been vaccinated against Cat Flu/Enteritis
and that it is in date.
- Any cat showing signs of illness or infection
may not be accepted.
- Please ensure that you transport your cat in a
suitable container, we can always offer the loan of a carrier
for a small deposit.
- A full days
boarding fee will be charged for your arrival and departure days.
- You may bring your cat's own blankets/toys etc,
although we will provide those.
- Ordinarily, Entire male cats are not accepted into
Boarding Establishments as they can be disruptive, noisy and spray
urine (as do females) occasionally. We will make an exception
for professional, registered breeders' studs & queens.
- Insurance will be provided for the duration of
your cats stay, any pre existing conditions will not be covered.
- A delivery & collection service can be provided,
mileage will be charged at 50 pence per mile.
- We do not ask for a deposit on booking, but would
politely ask that if you should change your mind, please ring
us so that we may offer that chalet to another customer.
- Please ensure that you treat your cat/cats for fleas prior to
stay, any cat found to have fleas will be treated and the cost
recovered by the owner.
